The Happenings This Week

This week was CRAZY busy at the office. Surprise, surprise lately. But it went a little something like this.

Monday- we had the day off! :)

Tuesday- crazy busy! work, work, work. MJ was crabby, blah, blah blah.

Then Wednesday happened.

We were people watching (I love to people watch). And we saw the same family who let the little boys pee on the tree outside of our office. And I said "It just ticks me off." And MJ says "What her tits are real?" Yup, it might be time for a hearing aide for that man!

Then MJ had to go to Court in Portage. Megan was over by me and I was on the phone with a client. Then Megan screamed "There is a F***ing mouse in our office." Except she did not bleep it out. I never jumped so fast on top of my desk so fast in my life. Yup, that is right. There was a little itty bitty baby mouse crawling around our office and MJ was not there to save us from this little mouse (which was REALLY huge to us). So we had to get someone from up stairs to come and try to catch the mouse. Then Megan went and got some traps. Needless to say, we still have NOT caught the mouse!

Thursday: Busy, again! Great! I was there half of the day by myself. (which I love because I can actually get something done!) But in the few times I got to see MJ today. He made me laugh so hard I cried. That is one of the greatest things working for MJC, he is so darn funny! Well sometimes he is funny, other times we don't have the same sense of humor. But today, he was actually funny. Like when he was imitating President Obama. MJ also has a BAD habit of buying TOO many pens and highlighters, and also going to The Dollar Store. Yup, that's right, MJ is addicted to the Dollar Store!!! So he told me to go get something out of his car and then to get the bags out of his car. You guessed it, while he was in Portage today he had to go to the Dollar Store and get more pens, fall decorations for the office and the LARGEST magnifying glass I have ever seen in my life. Then he would hold it up to his eye and say "Does this make my eye look huge." Man he's funny! And last but not least. We were talking about me finally leaving the office and my trip to California. And then of course, MJ started to sing "Leaving on a jet plane, don't know when you will be back again." But I said I do know when I will be back again. And MJ said "Unless your plane crashes." Who says that? Well good thing by now I know he was just kidding with me! And then we were talking more about it. And then he said that would be bad if your plane crashed, you would not be able to get your last pay check. That is what he is worried about if I died. Not that he would miss me or anything, just that I would not get my last pay check. He is so considerate!

Anyways, that is what happened this week. And now I am off to California to celebrate the marraige of one of my very best friends in the whole entire world.
